March is all about purpose, one of my favorite topics! 🌱
First, let’s take the stress out of it:
Purpose is not a vending machine where you instantly figure everything out. It’s something we uncover over time, connecting the dots and having little "aha" moments along the way.
While preparing this, I realized something important:
✨ The first step may simply be knowing that you do have a purpose because when we shift from
“I have to find my purpose!”
to
“I have a purpose, I just haven’t uncovered it yet,”
something in the body relaxes.
You are not here by mistake.
So this week, just begin to notice what interests you, what lights you up, and what draws your attention. Those little sparks often lead us toward our greater purpose.

It's Highly Sensitive People Liberation Day (Week, Month, Year!) ✨💞
We live on planet Earth 🌍
We work. We navigate systems. We adapt.
Sometimes we have to do things a certain way. But many Highly Sensitive People 💗 learned to over-adapt, tucking feelings away. Softening opinions. Becoming somebody else. That reflex shows up when someone says:
“Why don’t you see it like I do?”
“I wish you thought more like me.”
“Why do you like pink?” 🌸
Here’s what to do:
Notice it. Let it move. Let it RIP. Let it go.
Then place some soft boundaries around who you are by honoring your preferences and speaking your truth. You can navigate the world without abandoning yourself. You can adapt without losing your authenticity. And that’s liberation. That’s your freedom. ✨

You do not have to disappear to be accepted.

If you’ve ever thought, “Oh… that’s me,” this is your reminder: there is nothing wrong with you.
You’re not too much.
You’re not dramatic.
You’re not broken.
You’re wired differently. ⚡
Some of us feel the shift in a room before a word is spoken. We sense angry energy. We notice when something’s off. We pick up on beauty, tension, possibility — all at once. 🌊
