Keep the dumbbells at a slight angle, lower to about 45°, and make sure the handles sit in the heel of your palm—not the middle—so your wrists stay strong and don’t collapse.

And skip the 90° elbow flare 🚫
Tuck slightly to protect those shoulders and press with power 💪

Mitch is down 16lbs and 22 inches! Mitch’s commitment and long term consistency on the mats is a huge part of his success. He shows up at 5am, before anything else gets in the way and before most of the world is awake (except for maybe one of his 3 kids!). During the challenge he dialed in on meal prep, whole foods and felt his confidence grow. Proud of your continued dedication to your health and fitness, Mitch!
