This week we explored dairy and other calcium-rich foods—and the smoothie bikes were a big hit! 🥛🚲
The kids loved making their own smoothies, and one student even took the initiative to write the recipes down so he could make them at home!
We also learned how calcium helps keep our bones strong, and during yoga, the kids got creative dreaming up their own smoothie combinations. 🍓💪
