"I saw Dr. Manela twice this past week, as I just experienced some type of nerve issue (likely a pinched nerve) for the first time in my life. It was a breath of fresh air to see him after going to both the emergency room and my primary care doctor first, as both only told me I had something wrong with a nerve or muscle, but couldn’t give more specifics or treatment suggestions other than taking pills.

When I went to Royal Oak Chiropractic, it was my first time visiting a chiropractor ever, and I was very pleased by the variety of treatments offered and by Dr. Manela’s experience in these vast areas. For my nerve spot, he did a warm, high intensity laser light therapy, along with using a theragun massager and doing a normal adjustment session. By the end of that day, I was already feeling better, and in the days to follow, I saw a VAST improvement in my pain levels from the days prior.

Also, he was very gentle on the adjustment, which was great, as I was nervous with this being my first time being adjusted.
