Finding balance isn’t about doing it all — it’s about honoring what matters most.
Work, play, rest, connection… each has its place and time.
Remember to make space for what restores you — the quiet moments, the laughter, the movement, the stillness.

🌿 Post-Massage Self-Care Tips

💧 Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help your body flush out what’s been stirred up.

🚫 Skip alcohol for now: After a massage, your circulation and lymphatic system are more active as your body processes toxins and supports healing. Alcohol can interfere with this, making it harder for your body to recover and potentially increasing dehydration or fatigue.

🧘 Rest & move gently: Avoid intense workouts or heavy lifting right after your session. A light walk, gentle stretching, or restorative yoga is perfect.

🍃Pay attention to your body: Feeling extra relaxed, a bit sore, or even sleepy is normal — your body is responding to the work. Take note of these to guide future sessions and share feedback to your therapist at your next session.
