We are proudly celebrating the of our recent patient Fred!

Through our Orthopedic Rehabilitation Program, he was able to regain his strength, mobility, and independence.

Fred came to Berlin Rehab after a two-week hospital stay following a fall at home and a complicated recovery. He worked tirelessly with our dedicated team to reach every milestone. His family shared how Berlin’s involvement made them feel like they had gained “an extension of family,” and they never imagined he would make the progress he achieved here.

We were honored to mark his meaningful discharge with heartfelt hugs, shared laughs, and a few happy tears.

"I am the husband of a patient and we have been thankful for the experience here at Berlin Rehab. The facility is clean , well staffed with caring nurses and care givers. Jewel at the front desk greets everyone with a genuine smile and makes sure that we check in properly keeping security a priority. Crystal goes above and beyond responding to calls making sure that she solves patient problems that have brought them here in the first place. 5 Stars!!!"
