I’m often lucky enough to receive beautiful words from the students who come to my classes, and their kindness always touches me. But every now and then (especially when I’m teaching children) I’m gifted something even more special: a heartfelt thank-you in the form of artwork. Their joy, creativity, and sincerity melt my heart every time.

Today, I’m sharing a Thank You card from Brayleigh, who practiced yoga with her Daisy Scout group. Her imagination absolutely shines through, bright colors, happy faces, and even a little drawing of herself on her yoga mat. It’s pure delight.

My heart is so full after spending time with Daisy Scout Troop 10460! It was such a joy to share yoga with these amazing young ladies and I was deeply touched by the beautiful hand-drawn thank-you cards they created. 💚

Join me and my colleagues at The Center For Higher Living in Berlin on Thursday, November 20th for an evening of community, shared energy, healthy treats, and a toast of gratitude as we celebrate kindness and a shared spirit of community!

Complimentary services being offered to ALL in attendance. We are also collecting pet food donations for our furry friends in local shelters. Bring a pet food donation and receive a raffle ticket for a fun basket, full of goodies from The Center!

Kids Yoga Magic Today! 🌟

We had a small but mighty group of amazing kids in our Kids Yoga class today and wow, what a beautiful session it was!

Even though our circle was small, it was overflowing with kindness, friendship, and creativity. The kids shared smiles, encouraged each other through poses, and even came up with their own fun partner yoga posters! 🧘‍♀️

It was such a joy to see how much love and imagination these little yogis brought to their mats. 💕 Sometimes, the smallest groups create the biggest connections.
