Reiki training has been a cornerstone of my practice for the past five years, and it’s something I truly love facilitating. My intention is always to create a space where you feel like you’re filling your cup while also connecting with new ways to remember & shine your light.

Greg and I have co-taught many times, and there’s always something special that unfolds when we bring together our unique experiences and perspectives on energy and Reiki.

This spring/summer, we’re excited to offer a series of co-facilitated classes. Each one is rooted in a shared love for Reiki, while also reflecting our individual approaches and ways of connecting with energy, spirit and light.

Registration is open and all classes are intentionally kept small—limited to six participants—to create a supportive and connected experience.

If you are ready to begin or continue your Reiki journey, we would love for you to join us.

We’re excited to introduce a new offering at the practice: a complimentary monthly Community Breathwork & Meditation Session for our clients, facilitated by Greg Gallinotto of The Nature Within.

Greg is a resident practitioner and in addition to offering Reiki, spiritual mentorship, and coaching, he is also a breath coach. Whether you’re brand new to meditation and breathwork and looking for a comfortable, supportive place to begin, or you already have a regular practice and would love to connect with a community of like-minded people, we would love to welcome you.

It’s not always easy to let our spirit look for the good. To stay open, to feel connected, to notice beauty instead of focusing on what’s hard.

The practice of looking for beauty…through gratitude practices, in the world around us, in memories, and in the vision we hold for the future…is an act of hope. It’s a quiet belief in something more, and an expression of joy.

And while it isn’t always easy, it is a practice that supports us in many ways. It brings us back to balance, strengthens our foundation, and helps us move forward feeling more grounded, steady, and connected.

Each time our small business groups meet, we begin with noticing where there’s been new learning, growth, joy… we begin with a celebration of ourselves and one another.

“Mom, I’ve been up for two minutes and you’ve already said 500 words.” (The first and only words from my son to me this morning.) 😂

Yes, I am a “morning person”! ☀️

The rest of my household is NOT.

Early mornings are my time—quiet, calm, and just for me. It’s how I center myself & fill my cup before stepping into the day.

At my practice, we have lots of chats about morning rituals, and routines. If you are able to embrace the morning, that’s great - and if not, no worries, there are lots of other hours in the day you can claim for yourself!

The key is finding some time, just for you. Time to reflect to connect to get clear… All of those things that are so hard to do in the hustle and bustle of a busy day. 🤍

In so many of my conversations—both in coaching and around Reiki—we come back to this idea of release. Letting go of what no longer fits. What we’ve outgrown. What we’re ready to move beyond so we can create space for something more aligned, more vibrant, more true.

And “in real life”, that often looks like making different choices. Choosing experiences, relationships, and opportunities that match who we are now.

But there’s often a tension here.

Many of us were raised with a strong belief: you finish what you start. You follow through. —no matter what. Even if it costs you your alignment, your comfort, your health. Even if it pulls you away from your own sense of integrity.

I believed that for a long time.

And I still hear those voices sometimes. They don’t just disappear. They require “intentional attention.”

The more I’ve connected with my inner guidance… my own unique compass… the quieter those external voices have become.

There is a difference between quitting and choosing.

If I had stayed rigidly attached to the idea that leaving equals failure… would I have ever left my career of 20 years to open my practice?

Would I support my children in stepping away from something they “committed” to—but no longer feels aligned? The sport, the friendship, the class?

Probably not.

I still have to battle the voice booming in my head of “finish what you’ve started” but just behind it is the kinder, more authentic voice that says, “You know yourself best, if it doesn’t feel healthy, supportive, aligned with your values, listen to that and make a choice.”

If you feel bound by these types of “rules” or stories, coaching & reiki both offer safe supportive spaces to connect more deeply to your inner guidance & move in the direction of authenticity.
