Rejection is Redirection.

There are themes we work on for years—sometimes decades—through coaching, therapy, conversations with friends, books, journals, workshops… all of it. And every now and then, a simple phrase brings that deep inner work into clear focus.

Rejection is one of those places.

How we respond to a no, a not yet, a not you, or a not here shapes our ability to make brave choices, to move through hard seasons, and to trust ourselves in the process. When we learn to see rejection as a rerouting—a shift toward something more aligned, more supportive, more us—we become more resilient. We travel more lightly.

It’s not easy work. But it’s incredibly freeing… and absolutely worth it.
