There’s something really special about one-on-one trainings. They allow for a deeply personal, meaningful connection to each person’s experience, intentions, and the ways they feel called to work with Reiki. I love holding space for people who are already supporting, helping, and healing in their own ways and are ready to expand their tools through beautiful energy work. It’s an honor to be part of that step.

✨One Word Workshops✨

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined this year’s One Word Workshops. I had the honor of working with 20 wonderful people through small groups and private sessions.

Choosing smaller groups created more space for reflection, connection, and meaningful support. It was beautiful to witness.

If you haven’t experienced this workshop, it’s a two-hour guided journey with meditation, journaling, visualization, automatic writing, and Oracle insights. A chance to pause, tune in, and listen to your heart.

I love introducing people to Reiki. It’s such a beautiful modality with outcomes that range from deep relaxation to renewed focus and energy… to the in between and beyond 💫

But to be honest… the language around how and why Reiki works and feels is tricky. Almost every day I hear from highly intelligent, well spoken people,
“I don’t know how to describe what I’m feeling.”
And I laugh because… same. No matter how many sessions I’ve facilitated or received, the experience always feels bigger than words. (Although we try our best 😉)

Then this morning, a client absolutely nailed it. She looked at me and said:

“I’m so happy I discovered Reiki. Reiki feels like that first sip of coffee in the morning.” “You’re staying on my roster”

YES! I love it. ☕✨
