Reiki is such a beautiful practice — and every practitioner brings their own energy and approach to it.

From the very beginning, I’ve chosen to practice Reiki quietly.

I love conversation, processing, coaching, and strategy — that’s why I became a counselor and a coach… but Reiki holds a different kind of wisdom.

For me, it is the space where “supported silence” becomes medicine.

Where answers rise without words.
Where the nervous system settles.
Where emotions shift and soften.
Where you feel seen and supported without needing to explain.

The more I practice, the more I trust the incredible depth of the Self — the intuitive inner guide we all possess & the beautiful way Reiki supports connecting to that well of wisdom. 💜
