The lovely April Ropes and I led a Reiki infused restorative yoga soundbath this evening with the energy of the winter solstice. My words wouldn't do it justice but suffice it to say that the energy was potent and exactly what everyone needed. Thank you to all that participated and helped us clean up afterwards.
