Join us for a gentle Monday Meditation class on September 29th from noon-1:30pm; Rooted Free Farm & Retreat Center; where kids sit in a circle with new lifelong friends. Together, we’ll process feelings & emotions through story-time meditation with sound bowls and then gather for a cozy community lunch where we will close together in an integration circle fit for little souls.
