Huge improvement with my 2-year-old patient’s microbiome testing results! Every year the EWG releases a list of the 12 fruits & vegetables with the highest pesticide residue when they are conventionally grown.

What they are this year:
Spinach
Strawberries
Kale, Collard, & Mustard Greens
Grapes
Peaches
Cherries
Nectarines
Pears
Apples
Blackberries
Blueberries
Potatoes

What you can do about it:
It’s recommended that these are the foods that whenever possible you opt for organic in order to minimize your pesticide exposure. 🌱💕

WE ARE NOT THE SAME!!!
People with CBS gene mutations eating cruciferous vegetables like kale, broccoli and onions can cause a build up in homocysteine and ammonia leading to high blood pressure… Just like other people (including myself) eating high oxalate foods like spinach and beets can damage the kidneys. Just two example of a million ways a “healthy” diet can go wrong if you aren’t working with a practitioner heavily trained in epigenetics and functional medicine 💊
