Jane Grant RD CD-N is a registered dietitian and a certified health coach and Megan Brown MPH RD CD-N has her Masters of Public Health, is a Registered Dietitian, certified health coach and certified personal trainer. We are committed to improving the quality of life of others by sharing our nutrition expertise and knowledge. Many people have an idea of what to do in order to be healthy but need help achieving those goals. We provide a unique approach and incorporate principals of nutrition science with insight to behavioral and emotional components of eating to help you make a positive difference in your life. Many variables take us off our course from this path - our lifestyles, the content of the foods we eat and the continual changes our bodies experience over time are a few.
