Offering independent living, skilled nursing and therapy services, long-term care, and a secure neighborhood for Alzheimer's/Dementia individuals. Meadow View Nursing Center is a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility located in the heart of the beautiful Laurel Highlands. Meadow View is a 150 bed licensed facility which brings together rehabilitation, nursing care and specialty medical services to meet the needs of older adults in Somerset County and the surrounding areas.

Our administrator, Mickayla Smith, works to support our residents, families, and staff ensuring compassionate care, strong teamwork, and a place our residents are proud to call home.

We are collecting donations to help create fun Easter activities and celebrations for the wonderful residents in our community.

🍬 Individually Wrapped Candy

📍 Drop-off Location: In front of the Activities Room

This week, we’re celebrating our incredible Activity Team—the heart behind so many smiles you see every day. 💕 While some may think activities is “just playing games,” it’s so much more than that.

It’s building meaningful connections, meeting residents where they are, encouraging independence, creating purpose, and bringing joy into everyday moments. It’s knowing when to laugh, when to listen, and when a simple smile can make all the difference.
