Monday at the Berlin Senior Center~ Chair yoga! With Leane. 2pm, Free class.
Tuesday- join Deidre for Hatha yoga at the Randolph town hall @5:30pm, $10
Wednesday- Kripalu yoga with Leane Oasis, Berlin. 5:30pm, $10.
