You’ve heard it, Meditation is the pathway to inner peace. Yes even you can meditate, there are abundant ways to find the one that fits for you now-it’s a practice and a process of growth.
We are In a society and world that is throwing us uninvited chaos or conflict which disrupts the natural state of harmony inside of each of us.
Whether that’s by feeling the inner rejection of wars/conflict/suffering to our core or the amplification of rage and pride in agreement with it. Despite the reason it distorts us and pulls us away from our inner calm and harmony. It hurts our cells and causes an unnatural response in the body leading to dis-ease. Our mind suffers or perseverates on what’s not meant to heal us, yet only to harm us.
We can move mountains mentally and many studies have shown the restoration that can be done through meditation.
I am a living proof of how stress can harm and meditation can heal.
If you don’t know my story I will be hosting a petite retreat day where we dive into our cells and reorganize what’s out of alignment and how to begin a healing process through different avenues of meditation.
