Today and yesterday have carried a heavy collective energy. With so much happening in the world, it feels important to pause, breathe, and consciously return to faith.

This evening, I had the blessing of watching my daughter and her dance family perform. Two hours of joy, focus, creativity, and light. In that moment, I chose presence. I chose prayer. I chose to surround the space, the people, and the experience with protection, love, and divine peace.

I called in the angels.
I asked Archangel Michael to stand guard.
I asked for hearts to be filled with faith rather than fear.

And I was reminded once again that love always wins.

We are not meant to live in fear. We are meant to live awake, compassionate, and connected. When we anchor ourselves in love, we become a light for others — even in uncertain times.

May peace surround all who are hurting.
May comfort reach every family in need.
May faith be stronger than fear.

Keep living.
Keep praying.
Be a good human.
And never stop shining your light. 🤍

As many of you have heard, there was yet another tragic shooting — this time at Brown University in Rhode Island. It is finals week, the week before students return home to be with their families. Instead of focusing on exams and the excitement of going home, students were forced to shelter in place, terrified for their lives. Parents, families, and loved ones were left in fear, waiting for answers.

My heart and prayers go out to the entire Brown University community — the students, families, faculty, and staff. I pray for peace, protection, and comfort during this unimaginable time. I hold especially close the families who lost loved ones, sending prayers for strength, healing, and love as they navigate this profound loss.

May peace surround all who are hurting. 🤍🕊️
