Due to ongoing and significant delays in insurance claim processing and payment—many exceeding 90 days—we are temporarily unable to see patients covered under certain affected plans.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues through multiple channels, no clear timeline for resolution has been provided. These delays have created an unsustainable strain on our ability to continue operating while maintaining the quality of care our patients expect.
This is a temporary measure, and we will resume services as soon as the issue is resolved.
If you are impacted, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to request updates and advocate for timely claim processing.
We appreciate your understanding and will share updates as they become available.
