Chair yoga is the “in-between” and it’s not just for the silver foxes anymore.
The “in-between”….. it’s not exactly difficult physically, and it’s not exactly seated meditation. But it might get you to the gold (the Self) faster than just a physical asana or not moving at all in a strict meditation practice.
You get all the benefits of a full yoga practice! And you also get a chance to not be so serious, hold yourself with more ease and grace, allowing for some walls to come down. Sometimes less is more✨.
Most of us (all-ages) spend way too much time in a sedentary position for a multitude of reasons. Chair Yoga gives you ideas on how to improve your body while having to be seated rather than letting the seated position take away years of your physical health.
Come join us, every Wednesday at noon! All are welcome to participate! We have the chair, mat, blocks, blanket, and bolsters at the studio. All we need is you!
