Meet Sonia, Massage Therapist & TMJ Specialist and Resident Artist
Sonia brings a radiant, calming presence to The Center. Her clients often leave her room in what we lovingly call a “massage coma", deeply relaxed and asking for more!

Having personally experienced TMJ pain, Sonia understands firsthand where the tension originates and how to bring relief through focused, intuitive touch.

She also offers rejuvenating facial and crown massages using Dr. Hauschka’s all-natural, essential oil–infused products. These sessions blend therapeutic massage with aromatic skincare; helping you release tension, feel pampered, and leave you glowing from the inside out.

Don't forget to share your love of pets and community. The Center For Higher Living is collecting pet food donations to give back to the community. Every person who brings a donation to The Center will receive a raffle ticket to be entered to win a gift basket full of goodies from The Center!

We also have our Open House on Thursday, November 20th from 6pm-8pm. Join us and see what The Center is all about.
