Whether you come to Excel Fitness Center for weight loss, toning, sports conditioning, injury prevention, or post-rehabilitation service, we can design a program for you. Excel Fitness Center’s personal training program focuses on functional training, a type of training that moves the body in all planes of motion and replicates real life movement. An emphasis on core strength, balance, and stability will help clients’ physical performance. Plyometric training, which helps increase power, speed, and endurance, is also incorporated into each session. All of our training sessions are one hour and are tailored to the individual client’s needs. As the area’s only personal training facility owned and operated by a physical therapist, Excel Fitness Center will bring your fitness training to a new level. Try out our Excel Fit classes and for our younger clients we offer ninja fit classes on Bernardsville 's only indoor obstacle course. Benefits from massage therapy include increased circulation, stimulated lymph flow, relaxation to injured muscles, reduced recovery time from injury, and increased range of motion. Excel Fitness Center is the Bernardsville, NJ home for Phoenix Rising Acupuncture, owned and operated by Keith Kimmick, C.A., Dipl.

With an incredible record of 18 marathons, seven 100-mile ultra-marathons, and numerous grueling elevation challenges like Hell on the Hill, Mark continues to push the limits of endurance. Beyond his athletic achievements, he’s a devoted husband, proud father of two, and an inspiring friend. Tune in to hear Mark’s story of resilience, fitness, and balance!
