With the winter months, you may have noticed that your body doesn't move the way it did when it was 80 degrees outside. If you were running or training outdoors and recently shifted everything inside, that change usually comes with heavier lifts, tighter spaces, and more intensity. 💥
That's a big change for your body to adjust to, and you very well could see an increase in back tightness, shoulder irritation, or even old aches and injuries flaring up that wouldn't normally bother you in the warmer months.
This is the time of year when intentional recovery matters most. Stay ahead of the aches before they turn into something bigger and keep your training moving in the right direction. 🙌
