Glenna Ruth (Trigg) Combs of Green Forest, Arkansas was born in Green Forest on August 30, 1936, to Carlos and Ina (York) Trigg. Glenna passed away March 13, 2026, in Harrison at the age of 89.
She was a devoted member of Alpena Baptist Church, and her life reflected the values she cherished there. Glenna found joy in crocheting, cooking for her family, and embracing the simple beauty of farm life. Whether working alongside her loved ones or caring for her home, she poured her heart into everything she did, creating a legacy of love, hard work, and togetherness.

Glenna is survived by her son Dexter Combs and wife Kim of Green Forest; grandchildren Danna Compton and husband Daniel of Vidor, Texas; David Lee Combs and wife Madelyn of Vidor, Texas, Dalton Combs of Green Forest and fiancé Malory Morris of Branson; great grandchildren Peyton, Callie, Troy, Charlotte, Macy Jean; along with other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents Carlos and Ina Trigg; husband Harold Combs; son David Combs.

Visitation will be at 5:00 pm til 7:00 pm, Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Nelson’s Green Forest Chapel. Funeral service will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Alpena Baptist Church with Pastor Nicholas Scarbrough officiating. Burial will follow at Farewell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Alpena Baptist Church, PO Box 130, Alpena, AR 72611 or Hospice of the Hills 501 E. Sherman, Harrison, AR 72601.
