Online Mindfulness Therapy for stress teaches you practical and very effective methods for managing stress.

Successful stress management depends on you changing the relationship you have with stressful thoughts, to observe those thoughts but without becoming lost in reactivity and proliferation of those thoughts.

We achieve this by learning how to meditate on the mind, we learn to meditate on those thoughts and the underlying fear that fuels those thoughts.

The more we cultivate mindfulness towards our stress, which is non-reactive, the more the stress subsides. This is why Mindfulness Meditation on stress is the best approach for managing stress. Trying to avoid stressful thoughts is futile and likely to cause even more stress. Instead we want to focus on changing the way that we relate to stressful reactions.

This is the key. Meditation trains the mind to be able to be totally present with stress reactions but without becoming lost in those reactions. We learn to see the reaction without becoming the reaction. This is the purpose of meditation, to develop a nonreactive relationship with the reaction itself! This stops the habitual process that reinforces the stress reactions, and if you stop feeding them then those reactions subside and lose power until they no longer trigger emotional distress.
