We had a great turnout at our Pop-Up Wellness Clinic, providing peptide injections for injury support alongside IV therapy. The event highlighted what collaborative, patient-centered care can look like when disciplines work together.

This clinic brought together:
• Dr. Devin of Lifestyle Chiropractic in Burnet
• Lynn, Family Nurse Practitioner, The Wellness Zone
• Central Texas Acupuncture & Wellness Center

By integrating chiropractic care, medical peptide and IV therapy, and acupuncture, we were able to support patients dealing with injury recovery, inflammation, chronic pain, and mobility limitations from multiple angles.

One featured peptide protocol during the event was BPC-157 + TB-500, commonly used in clinical settings to support tissue repair, inflammation modulation, and recovery. Care was provided following appropriate clinical evaluation, with individualized recommendations.

Infertility isn’t only a women’s issue. Male partners matter just as much, and you can see real change when both sides get support.

I’ve been working with a couple where the partner had confirmed agglutinated s***m. When s***m stick together, they can’t swim well, and that lowers the chance of fertilization. We tightened up his diet and added a targeted herbal plan centered around H***y Goat W**d, known in Chinese medicine as Yín Yáng Huò. It’s traditionally used to boost circulation, support kidney yang, and improve s***m motility.

This weekend they bought a small microscope from TikTok shop so they could check progress at home. What they saw was a major shift. The previously clumped, slow-moving s***m were now more active, with noticeably stronger forward movement.

Fertility works best when both partners are treated as a team. Supporting male reproductive health can dramatically improve a couple’s chances, and it’s rewarding when patients can literally see the changes happening.

Growing up as a first-generation Vietnamese American watching my parents sacrifice everything so their children could have a better life. Their dream was simple: better opportunities. My dream was to make that sacrifice worth it. I always wanted to become a doctor, so I majored in pre-med and minored in psychology, thinking medicine would be my path.

Little did I know LIFE pushed me in a different direction. I joined the military, served as a military police officer and deployed to Iraq. I'm grateful for my experiences. I saw what trauma does to the mind and what physical injuries does to the body. I watched fellow battle buddies struggle in ways most people never see. I struggled too.

That’s when acupuncture entered my life. It helped me in ways nothing else had. It gave me relief, clarity, and a way forward. I realized this medicine wasn’t just another career shift. It was the first thing that felt like purpose.

Today my work is about giving back to the community that shaped me. I helped veterans and many patients reclaim their health, reduce their pain, and find their way back to living again. I’m not handing out quick fixes or numbing symptoms. I’m helping people rebuild. Every improvement I see in a patient, every bit of mobility, every night of better sleep, every moment with less pain, reminds me why I do this.

This path wasn’t the one I planned, but it’s the one that finally lets me honor my parents’ sacrifices, my own experiences, and the people I served beside. Healing others is my way of carrying both my heritage and my service forward.
