Im making 2026 the year of self care! Here are some helpful tips you can do at home!

Hand Massage: Relax your hands in about 5 minutes by using slow thumb circles around the wrist bones, between hand bones, and along finger joints.

Neck & Shoulder Relief: Use a massage gun on your traps while rotating your head to release sub-occipital tension, or use a spiked massage ball against a wall for myofascial release.
