With a specially curated playlist featuring your favorite disco and funk hits along with a couple upbeat remix's of the classics. 🎶
You are welcome to participate with this theme as little or as much as you feel called to. From grooving with the vibration of authentic expression and movement to creating a full 70s inspired ensemble, the floor is yours to explore!

Have you tried MyoYin yet!?!
MyoYin blends yin yoga with self-myofascial release by utilizing balls and yoga props. By applying slow, sustained pressure to the fascia (the body’s connective tissue web), we hydrate, release, and restore balance to areas of tension. You may experience deep sensation as tight spots soften and unwind. This is a normal and beneficial part of the process. This class is grounding, meditative, and aims to leave you feeling more spacious, fluid, and at ease in your body.
