Our next Community Cacao Ceremony is going to be held tomorrow 04/29 at Rooted in Flow Yoga in Berwick, ME from 11:45AM-2PM

These ceremonies are my love letter to the Earth and all of the beings who she supports. I serve Cacao because She has opened my heart to the worlds within and without so deeply that I walk around with more clarity, compassion and presence every day.

And that's not to say I don't stumble or struggle. Because we all do.

The confusion still comes, I breathe into the trust that the answers always come through the stillness.
The inner critic still comes, I tell him that he can stay for one cup of tea but he can't sleep in the guestroom.
The racing thoughts still come, I allow them to move through me without attaching.

Plant medicine is not your savior, Cacao is not here to swoop in and change everything. This is not a fix-all or a light switch flip to the life you want.

It's much more potent than that.

Plant medicine is a loving community, Cacao is a dear trusted friend. She will listen deeply, hold you tenderly, and quietly whisper "you've got this, you always have."

I serve Cacao because She invites me back to myself time and time again with no judgement. No resistance. No timeline.
She gives us permission to always be in conversation with our own hearts, to allow the journey to unfold without pressure for it to be perfect.

I serve Cacao because She LOVES community. She loves to bring us closer to ourselves, and in that process brings us closer to our fellow humans. She loves music, She loves intentional gatherings, She loves healing. She loves to show us the love we already hold inside and encourage us to let it shine brighter and brighter.

I serve Cacao because she desires to be with us. To support us, to aid in our exponential growth and to hold every version of us in her nurturing embrace.

I am honored to offer my own medicine alongside Her in the forms or meditation and sound. To co-create containers of deep safety. To walk a path guided by the Earth and her allies.

Whether you are intimately familiar with Mama Cacao , you've had a relationship in the past that you'd like to rekindle or you have never sat with Her before : this ceremony is for everyone who feels the call.

The call from within to give yourself some love, care, and undivided attention.

We will have an opening circle followed by a live guided meditation and sound journey, guided by the love of Mama Cacao. This months focus will be on the Magic of the Butterfly. 🦋
Looking Within, Transformation, and Soaring to New Heights in Our Own Time.
No rushing, no over-planning. Simply feeling into our own journey within the safe container of intentional community.
