Not all noise is something you can hear.

Some noise comes from the outside - work stress, expectations, constant notifications. And some noise forms within overthinking, worry, and carrying emotions that aren’t yours.

Over time, this noise can leave you feeling anxious, ungrounded, and disconnected from yourself. The way back isn’t by eliminating the noise, it’s by reconnecting.

A few deep breaths. A walk without your phone. Noticing the trees. Writing down what you’re grateful for. Spending time with someone (or something) that brings you peace.
These small moments help you return to yourself. And when you’re connected to yourself, the noise loses its power.
