Here are a few quick tips to keep you injury-free tonight and ready for a strong start to 2026:

✔ Watch your step, especially outdoors
Icy sidewalks, curbs, and driveways are common fall hazards on NYE.

✔ Stay mindful of footwear
Choose supportive shoes if you’ll be walking, standing, or celebrating out and about.

✔ Pace yourself with activity
Whether you’re dancing, walking long distances, or lifting kids and coolers, move with intention to avoid strains.

✔ Hydrate and rest
Your muscles and joints perform better when you’re hydrated (and tomorrow will feel a lot better too).

Our patient's goal was to be able to walk on the beach following a recent knee replacement. Well, it is safe to say, she has met her goal and was able to perform all her exercises on the beach this morning. What a view! We are thrilled with her progress and so happy she is able to enjoy vacation.
