We are taking our sweet time reminiscing on such an unforgettable retreat…

Here is a look into DAY 4 as we spent the day in the nearby city of Canggu.

First, we made a pit stop at the beach to sink our toes in the sand and connect with the healing energy of the ocean.

Then we made our way over to the stunning beach front Wellness Center that left us all speechless in the best way.

Upon arrival we made intention bracelets, sipped some heart-opening cacao and then entered the giant dome for the most amazing sound healing experience facilitated by local guides.

We closed out the evening with a nutritious meal there at Udara and took in the relaxing vibes till it was time to head back to the villa.

Day 3 Part II of our Bali Retreat🌿🌋

After trekking through the rice fields, we made our way to the Mother Temple and were guided through the grounds, the history, and the ceremonies happening all around us.

The entire temple is built from volcanic stone and sits at the base of an active volcano, yet through every eruption, the lava has somehow always moved around it. Never touching it. Never damaging it. Still standing. Still sacred. Still powerful.

You could feel how special the place is, peaceful, grounded, and deeply rooted in tradition.

We wrapped the day with an amazing dinner by our private chef!

Day 3 in Bali🌴

We woke up early and took a drive to Northern Bali for one of those days that grounds you in the best way.

We were guided by our private tour guide to trek through the rice terraces, walking through local villages, learning how rice is grown, farmed, and harvested, and getting a real glimpse into the culture behind it all. We explored, we listened, we learned, we soaked in the beauty, the statues, the sacred details… and ended the day exactly how you should, sharing good food and good energy. 🤍

Grateful for this land, these people, and this experience.

Day 2 | Bali Retreat Recap 🍚 🌾💧

We started the day with an early morning hike through the rice terrace fields, taking in the landscape and nature’s abundance.

Afterward, we shared a local breakfast and had time to explore, play, and enjoy the surroundings together.

Later in the day, we traveled to a nearby water temple for a Balinese Melukat ceremony. Each guest participated in the traditional water purification ritual led by a local priest, offering prayers and receiving blessings as part of this sacred cultural practice.

We closed the day back at the villa with movement guided by .bruce. This helped support our bodies after jet lag and a full day of activity, while also creating space to slow down and integrate everything we experienced in the melukat ceremony.

Day one in Bali 🌴

Arrive. Breathe. Eat well. Rest deeply.

Gentle introductions, nourishing food from our private chef, healing touch from the villa masseuses, and grounding into the Balinese land.

No agenda beyond settling in and letting our bodies catch up to our souls.

Our final day🥰

We had a day during the retreat to spend however we wanted to. See different attractions, enjoy the culture, spend time with fellow retreaters. It was cool to see everyone just break off and do their thing.

There’s no better way to end a perfect retreat than with a last supper😜
We shared our roses and highs from the trip, shed a few tears of gratitude, and just enjoyed our last night together.

B and I are beyond grateful to be able to facilitate retreats like this in a special country like Japan!

We are under way, planning our next retreat!
