Walk-ins at HCCH Medical Clinic: What to Know

We’ve had a few questions about walk-in visits, so here’s a quick and clear guide for our community.

At HCCH Medical Clinic in Bethany, MO, walk-ins during regular weekday hours are based on provider availability. That means we may not always be able to work in same-day visits if schedules are full.

Acute walk-in care is only offered during Convenient Care hours (evenings and weekends) and may be limited once providers reach capacity.

Clinic hours (Bethany):
Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Closed 12 – 1 p.m.

Monday–Thursday, 5–7 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

Exciting Progress Continues on Our New Hospital! 🏥✨

February brings us even closer to move‑in day—and it’s hard to believe we’re officially 130 days away from opening the doors of our new hospital!

✅ Flooring, ceilings, and countertops are taking shape across multiple areas of the building.
✅ Electrical, life‑safety systems, and door hardware are nearing completion in key spaces.
✅ Kitchen areas are progressing with completed flooring and ongoing equipment prep.
✅ Exterior work continues with metal panels, roof caps, and permanent lighting installation.

What’s coming next?
Over the next few weeks, teams will focus on finishing flooring and ceilings, completing drywall and paint, beginning plumbing and electrical trim‑outs, and continuing millwork and countertop installations throughout the building—including work at the main entry canopy.

Every update brings us one step closer to delivering a modern, welcoming facility for our patients, staff, and community—because nowhere are you more important than right here.

Pattonsburg Medical Clinic will close at 12 p.m. today, Thursday, February 12, and will reopen with normal business hours on Monday, February 16.

Need care while we’re closed? Bethany Convenient Care is available for acute walk-ins only, with evening and Saturday hours to help you get the care you need, close to home.
