❤️ February is American Heart Month ❤️

Your heart works hard for you—let’s help take care of it. A heart scan (CT calcium score) is a quick, noninvasive test that looks for calcium buildup in the arteries and can help identify heart disease early, often before symptoms appear.

No doctor’s order is needed to schedule this exam. However, a health care provider is required to receive your results and help review them with you.

In recognition of American Heart Month, heart scans are available for $45 during the month of February at Harrison County Community Hospital. This screening may be especially helpful if you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, a family history of heart disease, or if you smoke or are overweight.

📞 Call (660) 425-0206 to schedule or ask if a heart scan is right for you.

This screening is not a substitute for medical advice. Talk with your provider about your heart health.
