Always feels great to be welcomed. Ageless Grace's Founder, Denise Medved, continues to cultivate a community of talented and passionate Trainers and Educators. The love for this practice continues to sweep me off my feet.

Congratulations to new Ageless Grace Trainer Audra Mace!

Audra has been an Ageless Grace Educator since March 2023 and is our newest Ageless Grace Trainer!

You may have met Audra at the 14th Annual Retreat in Hendersonville, NC facilitating a Chakradance Journey. At the 13th Annual Virtual Retreat, Audra introduced us to the pillars of Tai Chi Easy and integrated them with Ageless Grace Tools.

Behind the scenes, Audra has been diligently working through the process for Ageless Grace Brain Health Fitness to be recognized as an evidence-based program with the National Council on Aging in the U.S. She has also applied for a grant with the Western Connecticut Area on Aging to bring Ageless Grace to senior centers in its 41 towns over 3 years.

Audra operates Lady Chakra Holistic Healing, leading health and wellness mind-body-spirit practices since 2017 to promote peace and natural self-healing.
