If you’re in the early weeks of postpartum and craving community, this group was made for you.

Over five weekly gatherings, Becky (with Nathalie joining the first session!) guides gentle conversations on feeding, sleep, emotional health, identity shifts, and everything in between. It’s a cozy, baby-friendly space where you can show up exactly as you are — spit-up, tears, joy, questions and all.

Sessions run Wednesdays, 10–11:30am.

Jess has a background in all things pregnancy—from preconception and fertility to pregnancy, labor, and postpartum healing and nutrition. Her own experience during the birth of her first child ignited a passion to walk alongside women through this deeply transformational journey.
As a doula, Jess’s approach is rooted in honoring the body’s innate ability to birth. She couples evidence-based information with her warm, maternal ability to hold and support women during life’s most precious moments.
