Not all stress is the same. Understanding the difference between healthy stress vs harmful stress can help you care for your mind, body, and spirit.

Healthy stress can:
• Motivate growth and focus
• Help you meet challenges and goals
• Feel temporary and manageable

Harmful stress can:
• Feel constant, overwhelming, or draining
• Disrupt sleep, mood, and relationships
• Lead to anxiety, burnout, or emotional exhaustion

While some stress is a normal part of life, ongoing or intense stress doesn’t have to be something you carry alone. With the right support, it is possible to develop healthier coping strategies and restore balance.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) can impact mood, energy, and motivation—but support is available 🤍
Here are a few ways to help combat seasonal depression:

✨ Start addressing symptoms early (even in early fall)
☀️ Schedule a physical—vitamin D and other deficiencies can affect mood & sleep
🥗 Nourish your body with balanced meals (a nutritionist can help!)
🕰 Maintain consistent routines and healthy sleep habits
💡 Try light therapy (10,000-lux light boxes or sunrise alarm clocks can help reset your rhythm)
🌤 Get outside or sit near natural light whenever possible
🏃‍♀️ Move your body—regular exercise boosts mood
🎯 Adjust goals and expectations during lower-energy seasons
🎨 Engage in hobbies that lift your mood
🌬 Research shows negative air ionization may help some people

There is no greater love than the love that flows from Jesus. In a world that often feels uncertain, rushed, and overwhelming, the love of Christ remains steady, faithful, and unchanging.
