At 1440 Health we believe we have those minutes everyday to improve the wellbeing of our physical, mental and spiritual health

Jessica Luke has been a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist for over 12 years, specializing in Manual Therapy techniques including Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment and Corrective Exercise.

I am thrilled to announce the newest addition to 1440 Health...Dr. Amy Kossoff. She's an Integrative Medicine MD with a focus on acupuncture and clinical hypnosis. With over 30 years of experience in an Internal Medicine practice she brings a wonderful blend of eastern and western philosophies.
