Every emotion you feel has a purpose—even the ones that feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, or inconvenient. Emotions give us information, signal our needs, and reflect what matters to us. When we judge, suppress, or stigmatize them, we lose access to that insight.
Respecting your emotions doesn’t mean you have to act on them right away. It means making space for them, getting curious, and listening to what they might be trying to tell you.
You can honor your feelings and still choose your next step with intention.
