Here’s a look inside a typical 1-month post-op rhinoplasty visit. ✨

At this stage, swelling has started to settle just enough that we can appreciate the early shape of the nose—narrowing, definition, and balance are beginning to show. It’s still early, but this is when patients finally start to recognize their new contour.

During this appointment, we review healing, check symmetry, and take updated photos to track progress. There’s still plenty of refinement ahead, but month one is such an exciting milestone.

After reviewing her full procedure, here’s how her features came together naturally. ✨

This 36-year-old patient came to me feeling that her nose was too large for her face and drooped when she smiled. She also had a weak chin and subtle volume loss in her upper cheeks, which contributed to overall facial imbalance.

Two months after rhinoplasty, facial fat grafting with microfat and nanofat, and a chin implant, her features are now more harmonious and balanced. Using fat from her inner thighs, we restored volume in her cheeks, tear trough, and jawline, while nanofat enhanced skin texture. The chin implant provided structure and balance to her profile.

Small refinements, like microfat in the lips and subtle contouring of the jawline, further enhance the natural flow of her face. Her results will continue to refine as swelling subsides in the coming months.
