U.S. Department of Agriculture's Farm Production and Conservation Business Center, known as FPAC, supports farmers, ranchers, and conservation programs nationwide. As workforce needs grew, FPAC needed a stronger visual identity and a more reliable pipeline of qualified applicants.
Hatcher developed a research driven, data informed recruitment strategy that strengthened brand visibility and accelerated applicant engagement. We refreshed their Pathways sub brand, identified what motivates prospective candidates, and launched targeted digital campaigns that delivered strong results.
