Honey has so many amazing benefits! It improves the immune system, heals wounds, supports the gut, improves sleep, and aids in allergy relief.

Choose between raw honey or manuka honey! Both have great benefits!

1. Immune support: Fermented garlic and honey— put peeled garlic cloves in a jar and cover with honey, let it ferment on the counter for a couple of weeks, and then it’s ready! Take a spoonful of your garlic and honey to help boost your immune system and fight sickness.
