Do you know your biological age? I am 52 years old based on the calendar, my biometric scale says I'm 47. My grip strength 161lbs on right and 158lbs left which puts me in the "Strong longevity profile" and my lifestyle questionnaire says I am also 47.

Why is this important? How quickly or slowly your body is aging is a powerful indicator of not just how long you will live but in my mind more importantly the quality of life you will have! I am setting a goal to be 10 years younger than my current age!

We are holding our longevity workshop on February 28th to cover in detail the 3 things that impact your biological age the most!
