As a Christian and social worker we elevate service to others above self-interest and work to help people in need and address social problems. 💜 How will you be of service to someone in need today? ❤️

It’s getting both cold & dark! 😩🫣 And Seasonal Affect Depression is REAL!! With weather and time changes some of us find ourselves more bored, unmotivated, and/or hopeless. 😔 Other than “sitting with it” and “feeling the feels” which are both healthy and necessary, there are ways to navigate these thoughts and feelings. Sometimes setting goals and making plans for the future can bring HOPE 🕊️Join us for our 4th Annual Vision Board Event facilitated by our graduate intern therapist Olivia!! 🖼️
