As a Christian and social worker we elevate service to others above self-interest and work to help people in need and address social problems. 💜 How will you be of service to someone in need today? ❤️

It’s getting both cold & dark! 😩🫣 And Seasonal Affect Depression is REAL!! With weather and time changes some of us find ourselves more bored, unmotivated, and/or hopeless. 😔 Other than “sitting with it” and “feeling the feels” which are both healthy and necessary, there are ways to navigate these thoughts and feelings.
