This time of year, the influencers are posting “get your summer body ready” and it’s giving me the ick.

I get it, I used to think this was okay and normal.

But now I realize the most liberating thing you can do is create a healthy relationship with food and your body so that you love it all the time.

Slow and steady wins the race here, otherwise you’re on a roller coaster for the rest of your life.

Trust me babes, you do not want that.

Venison cheeseburger sliders 🍔

Cooked up the meat with
🧅 sautĂ©ed onion
đŸ«— Worcestershire sauce
🧂 salt
đŸŒ¶ïž black pepper
🧄 garlic
🧀 cheese

I add cheese into the meat to help it kinda glue together better.

Topped with more cheese (of course).

âČ Stuck it in the oven to broil, including the top buns which I sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled some salt & garlic on top for a nice toasty finish.

If you’re a fitness or nutrition influencer that is starting realize there’s more to life than having the perfect body, but don’t how to pivot without losing everything you’ve built


I hear you.
I see you.
I get it.

I was deep in the game and built a successful business around helping people get lean and build muscle.

And I built my life around being the leanest I could.

I meal prepped meticulously.
I trained hard every day.
I was disciplined.
And I played to win.

But I started hitting a point where I was feeling exhausted by trying to keep this all up. I started craving softness and more depth to life.

It confused me because I had everything that I dreamt of. I felt great in my body, I made great money, I had a beautiful home, I traveled the world, I drove my dream car, I donated money to charities, I built a loyal community, and I bought extravagant gifts for my family.

This was the dream, right?

But I felt alone and empty.. and it felt like no one understood how I felt.

Something needed to change but I didn’t know what.
And I was so afraid to lose everything I dedicated my life to.

I struggled silently for quite some time because I was too embarrassed to admit I was struggling. I wanted to be the strong one who always kept it all together and had all the answers.

But I realized the things I was really good at were the exact things that needed to shift for me to become the next-level version of myself.

Instead of tracking my food, I had to become an intuitive eater.
Instead of working out every day, I had to slow down.
Instead of being body-obsessed, I had to build internal confidence.
Instead of being deep in my masculine energy, I had to shift into my feminine.

This is what I teach in my signature program, Body and Soul Freedom.

Because doing it alone is scary and honestly impossible.
And you know the best of the best have coaches.

Don’t blow your life up because of the confusion.
