Happy Registered Dietitian Day ā™„ļø

Grateful for this career and the journey it has me on.

I never thought I could do something for 10 years and find even deeper fulfillment as the years go on.

There was a period I thought that it was no longer for me, but that time was actually pulling me deeper into my purpose.

As wild as that time was, it reminded me that I can be all parts of myself and show that in my work.

I’ve never been one to do things in the traditional way, and I love that I get to bring unique elements into my business that I believe (with every ounce of me) changes lives.

Being a dietitian has always been about more than just food.

šŸ”„ It’s about unshackling the chains we’ve been carrying for far too long, so that we can step into the best version of ourselves.
šŸ”„ It’s about loving and forgiving ourselves no matter where we are in our journey.
šŸ”„ It’s about reconnecting to our power and our body.
šŸ”„ It’s about embodying confidence beyond the surface.
šŸ”„ it’s about pleasure, fun, laughter, and joy.
šŸ”„ it’s about community, connection, and culture.

I look forward to the ways we all evolve together, individually and collectively, as the milestones come to pass.
