Let me reintroduce myself....
My name is Jocelyn Richetta. 6.5 year business owner of Metal Misfits LLC who now turned into a full on corporate girly.
Years ago I set in stone that I would never work for someone else ever again so what did I do?
I worked my butt off in the bar industry for years. Long nights, early mornings, all while being a mom and a full time college student. In that process, I gained a lot of knowledge, power, and experience in many fields. In 2021 I graduated with a marketing and management degree from 🤞🏽 one of my many accomplishments. Within that time, Covid hit and I decided to launch my fitness clothing business that turned into a 5 year 6 figure business. I was able to quit my bar job and become a new mom of 2 now. It was a dream come true. A full time stay at home mom for 2.5 years while running my 6 figure business.
The wheels were turning and life was so great. But here's the catch, I wasn't fully fulfilled. I needed more. I needed challenging so what not better way then to go corporate for another source of income. (A FULL TIME SOURCE OF INCOME). Something I NEVER wanted to do. So what did I do? I found my job over at Guardian. I ask GOD daily, man you really love me.
I now sit within my company for 1.5 years completely taken back and how much I enjoy what I do. I am now a mom of 2, full time corporate girly, business owner, and a wife. The life I once dreamed about, I made come true.
