Our non-competitive atmosphere lets you grow at your own pace while sharing laughter and a sense of community Once upon a time there were 2 best friends, Michelle & Cindy, who were teaching yoga across Long Island. Never did they plan to open their own studio, EVER... But after a phone call to Cindy asking her to teach in Michelles' backyard, the evolution of The Yoga Shack began. Just a short year later they ran out of space and moved into the new location in Bethpage. Come join our Shack Tribe!
