We all need a reminder to engage in self care and to actively choose to take care of ourselves. Take a minute to truly consider what will fill your cup right now. What activity would help you out the most?
Then let’s dedicate some time to that activity. Look at your schedule and find time for whatever that thing is. Let’s find time for self-care!
