Thai Yoga Bodywork (developed more than 2000 years ago in Thailand) is unique from other forms of bodywork and massage. It combines massage, yoga, and acupressure along energy meridians known as the “Sen,” in a nurturing dance; often times thought of as healing energy work. The practitioner (without harsh physical force) uses their body in leverage and interactive work to treat the client’s whole body along the energy lines. The effect is greater flexibility, deeper relaxation, and connected energy flow; the body becomes refreshed.
