Some of you know I’ve been navigating a hip injury — and the loss of my regular yoga practice hasn’t been easy.
But what I’ve learned is this: movement doesn’t have to look the way it used to in order to be healing.
Breathwork, gentle mobility, slow intentional flow… they’re helping me stay functional, grounded, and hopeful.
You don’t have to move perfectly. You just have to keep showing up for yourself.
