Goals and resolutions are not bad things. They can be helpful tools to achieve a desired outcome. If your goal this year is to lose weight, gain weight, or even maintain weight, GO FOR IT. We’re all M.A.D. in our own way!

We are MAD about therapy and creating a safe place to explore difficult topics, lead authentic lives and make changes to get there.

​The M.A.D. Therapy was founded in 2018 by two therapists, Alexandra and Morgan, wanting to Make A Difference by advocating for more mental health awareness and providing mental health services in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas.

​The purpose of The M.A.D. Therapy is to continue sharing each therapist's passion and knowledge with people everywhere through therapy and our blog.
