Starting in March, I will be back in the office EVERY week, but my hours will be different!

I am going to be back Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays to see patients and off Tues/Thurs to still be able to spend some time with my little one while she’s little. I appreciate everyone’s understanding as I have navigated this new season of life!

MON: 9 am - 5:30 pm
TUES: OFF
WED: 9 am - 5:30 pm
THURS: OFF
FRI: 9 am - 4:00 pm

My schedule will fill quickly, especially those popular afternoon times, so make sure to plan ahead and schedule early!

We need your help!

The Iowa Chiropractic Education and Research Foundation is doing a statewide patient survey to help understand the impact of chiropractic care in Iowa. This will help us fight for better chiropractic benefits in the state and give you a voice in improving access to chiropractic care!

Did you know that your emotions can play into the pain you feel in your body??

A lot of times when a person has recurring problems in the same area, there is an emotional component factoring into it.

When patients tell me things that are going on in their life (outside of how their body is feeling), it helps lead me to where potential muscle pain might be lingering, all based on their emotions!

Pain is the last symptom to show up when there is a problem in your body! The problem has likely been there for some time prior to you starting to feel discomfort, so keeping up with your regular chiropractic adjustments can help prevent you from ever getting to that stage!
