Grateful for an incredible partnership with Notre Dame Prep to teach their students the medical side of puberty and all about our amazing bodies! The students asked so many great questions and had such thoughtful reflections about their learning. It was a total pleasure working with their administration and students.

Oh no!! You got your period in class! 😮 Don’t worry, no reason to freak out. This happens to everyone and probably no one even noticed 🙌 Here’s some easy steps to follow if this happens.

1️⃣ Ask to go to the bathroom and get your period pack from your locker or bag 🎒
2️⃣ Clean yourself up and take care of what needs to be done ✅
3️⃣ Go on with your day, unless it’s an emergency, you shouldn’t even need to go home 🏠
4️⃣ Remeber you can always ask for help or feminine products from female teachers and friends 👩🏻‍🏫
