Plastic surgery trends of 2026.

We are seeing a shift in patient requests across multiple procedures.

Breast augmentation sizes are trending smaller, typically in the 250cc to 350cc range, with a focus on proportion and balance rather than volume.

BBLs are being performed with a more conservative approach, prioritizing shape and contour over projection.

There is also an increase in facelifts and tummy tucks, largely due to loose skin following significant weight loss, including patients using GLP-1 medications.

Overall, patients are prioritizing natural-looking results and long-term outcomes.
