Blepharoplasty recovery, the real talk 👀

Plan for about 2 weeks of downtime and give the gym a solid 4-week break. Bruising usually lasts for about a week, and any leftover swelling is typically subtle (aka makeup or glasses should hide it).

Pro tips for healing faster:
– Sleep with your head elevated
– Stay on top of your prescribed drops/ointment
– Protect your eyes when you’re out and about
