These are the top 3 treatments patients are asking for right now:

1ļøāƒ£ Botox
Patients are shifting back to Botox and being more conservative with filler.
More focus on movement, prevention, and long-term facial balance, a trend I love seeing.

2ļøāƒ£ Under-eye concerns
More patients are noticing puffiness, shadows, and tear troughs.
Between high-definition phone cameras and better lighting, under-eyes are under more scrutiny than ever.

3ļøāƒ£ Face & neck lifts at younger ages
This one is definitely trending. With so many celebrities showing dramatic but natural results, patients are more curious about surgical options earlier. It doesn’t always mean a full facelift. Mini lifts, neck-only procedures, and tailored approaches exist for every age.

Trends change, but good planning and individualized treatment never do.

This patient came in seeking a more masculine chest that aligns with who he is. Through a personalized surgical plan, we focused on creating a natural, male-contoured upper body with careful attention to proportion, symmetry, and healing.

Grateful to be part of care that helps patients feel more comfortable and confident in their own skin.

3 facial treatments I don’t recommend (and why):

1. Kybella – Long downtime, lots of swelling, and internal scarring that can make future face or neck surgery much harder.
2. Thread lifts – Temporary results with long-term inflammation and scarring that complicate surgical options later on.
3. Ultherapy – Can tighten in the short term, but creates deep scarring that may interfere with facelifts down the line.

Just because something is ā€œnon-invasiveā€ doesn’t mean it’s risk-free.
Think long-term, not quick fixes. Your future face will thank you.

After a face or neck lift, it’s completely normal to notice hair in new places. The good news is that facial hair actually helps camouflage incisions and any unwanted growth can be easily managed with laser or electrolysis. Planning ahead keeps your results looking sharp and natural šŸ’ˆāœØ

Small detail, big difference. After just one month post-op, this earlobe repair restored a natural shape after years of stretched gauges. Thoughtfully planned, carefully repaired, and healing to look exactly like it once did. As she continues to heal over the next few weeks, her scar will also become less visible.
